Thank you all so very much for your contributions and support. Meeting her today made everything worthwhile and she is so, so touched by all the love you have for her. Amanda is truly an incredible woman and she voiced just how much she loves you all.

I hope you enjoyed taking part in this project and I may just do another one at some point, if you like. I’m going to keep this blog active for a while but I doubt there will be much to post now. If you want Amanda news please follow this blog, run by a wonderful girl who deserves lots of love for doing so.

So as you can see, Amanda got the book and she teared up a bit and has read it and tweeted a thank you to you all. Meeting her was completely surreal and she was even lovelier than you could ever imagine!

So here are a few (just a few) example pictures of the project. I hope you like it. I went for a pink-and-yellow theme but that’s only because it’s the only card I had available. 

So, here’s the front cover;

It doesn’t look that thick, but this is me SQUEEZING the book down. It’s absolutely massive when you don’t press it down;

So there you go. I really hope you like it; sticking down all those pictures and card and buttons and everything took a lot longer than you think it would! The letters are all at the back of the book but the design is pretty boring so there’s no point in showing you. When we get to that point, it’s all about your beautiful words and not the layout.

Thank you all so much for your contributions and support, there is no way on earth I could have done this without you lovely people! I’m going to try and get Amanda to either tweet a collective thank you for everyone or maybe take a picture with the book to show that she recieved it!

Editing and making some changes to the book as well as adding a sort of ‘note from the author’ at the end. I’ll have the pictures up as soon as I can!

I HAVE COMPLETELY FINISHED THE BOOK. 

Never have I typed out words which have made me happier. Thank you all so so much for your contibutions and support, I couldn’t have done this without you! I should really be sleeping now because I have prom tomorrow but all I want to do is read through the book again and again.

I’ve no longer got space for any more letters or pictures so if you send them in I can’t put them into the book. Your best bet is putting them in a twitlonger and tweeting them to Amanda. I apologise for the rush but, as I said, I have prom tomorrow and am busy until the day I give it to her.

I have two letters left to stick in and then I am DONE with the interior! 

I just want to thank everyone who took part in this project. The book is literally overflowing with your contributions (and I mean it, the book refuses to close now!). I’ll be posting a few pictures of it once i’ve decorated the cover!

Today is the deadline for letters and anything else you haven’t already sent. 

I want you to pretty please send in any last minute letters today. I need to finish this today if possible so I only have to work on the cover over the next two days (I have prom tomorrow then sicth form induction day on Friday so i’m really busy).

Any letters sent in today will make it into the book. I cannot be sure about pictures or artwork but if you send it in literally right now I can try and slip it in.

Thank you so much for cooperating with deadlines, I know i’ve been a pain in the backside about them but i’m really rushing things now. I’ve done nothing but work on the project for four days straight!
